There we have it…  a starting point…  which is 7 lbs up from my all time lowest of 309.  Not as horrible as I was expecting and I actually feel pretty good about that number.

I missed my walk this morning but I’ll be hitting the gym tonight for an hour+ walk on the treadmill.  I’m also thinking about tossing in a half hour on the recumbent bike to help compensate for my non-walk.

Today’s food hasn’t been all that great either, what is it that they say about good intentions?  Tomorrow is a new day and I’ll figure it out then.  I’m also working on something big to report in the next couple of days that I’m super excited about… as well as nervous.  Updates soon.
