Yesterday was a great day, I managed to get in about three hours of workout time and I logged all of my food intake. My only issue with yesterday was that I didn’t get any sleep last night… I only got about 5 hours in total which made today not so great.
This morning I got up and went for a walk up at the lake, came home and took a shower, drank some coffee and then I went to the Redwood Health Club at 11am for my regular water-circuit class. After that I crashed and fell asleep at my desk for a little bit… good times. My plans for this evening are to go back to the club and put in another hour on the treadmill and then I’m going to crash for the night.
Logging all of my food for the past two days has really helped curb my cravings… apparently knowing that I’d have to put crap food into my log is a strong deterrent, good to know. I worry about the upcoming weekend though because that’s usually when things fall apart for me. I get lazy and I skip the gym and I eat crap. Hopefully I’ll do better this weekend but only time will tell.
Yesterday when I stepped onto the scale it read 314 and today I was 311, I know that I didn’t lose 3lbs in one day, but I did find it amusing that I could drop 3lbs of water weight in one day.

I'm a web technologist living in Northern California who drinks tea, makes beer and likes to take pictures. I'm also on a journey to lose 200 lbs and change my life for the better. I'm 110 lbs down, 90 more to go.

YAY!! I’m very happy for you.
I don’t really have any words of wisdom or advice, I mean you probably know more about losing weight than I do. The personal trainer sounds awesome. Between her, the tracking, and the blogging you’ve got several types of accountability and that can be very motivating, as you’ve noticed. Ok, well I’ll keep checking up on you and I’ll have my stompy boots ready if you need an ass kicking.
Hi Chris! I’m new here but wanted to leave you a message.
I’ve looked around and I loved your goals – and I have to say, what an amazing job you have done!
I’ll be coming back again later, adding you to my blogroll!
